Experience @JCC

I got new experiences everyday during my course. I learnt many new things through educational trips, activities and guest lectures. Teachers always motivated and supported me with all clarifications in my doubts. Study material and power point presentations by teachers were really helpful.

To me psychology subject is beautiful in its own way but the way my teachers taught me made it more understandable . There were many outdoor and indoor events which were arranged by college and that actually helped in understanding the subject more . I hope to become a good family counsellor one day.

I chose to study this subject to be able to know how each brain is wired differently and also to better understand my brain. I can proudly say that during the span of these two years, JCC provided me with immense opportunities and skills to polish my knowledge in psychology as a subject. I was able to step out in the real world and see the diversity in the humankind through visits arranged by teachers.

To start, I would like to thank the JCC family for all the support. I would extend my regards to the department of English, for helping me grow and evolve as a person. During the pandemic having to do two semesters online was a challenge but our teachers tried their best to keep us involved in studying with documentaries, online presentations and a lot more. The faculty not only inspired the students to embrace their mistakes and try again but also focus on student’s career goals with proper guidance. Indeed I am extremely proud to be a part of this tremendous institution.

Thankful and grateful to the person I am becoming. Literature has given me immense knowledge and is making me unbiased and confident daily. To raise voice and open up to the issues people fear to speak, Literature gave me the power to write and recite my thoughts. Literature is Metanoia.The last two years immersed in literature have been amazing and knowledgeable.

JCC is a place where I have learnt that I can fly too. Earlier I was lost in the language of facts, theorems, not knowing where I was going but now after pursuing this course, I am exposed to diversity and harmony knowing it’s my cup of tea. My college has it’s own world with lots of activities and here I am exploring myself , exploring my numerous talents. The worth mentioning thing is communication between the students, management and faculty. The experience in this college has definitely made me a better and confident person. It has shown me the perception and sensibility of life.

In my two years of experience in this college, the one thing that has really caught my attention is the sedulous and candour nature of the faculty towards the students. Most of you might also agree with the fact that if one gets a convivial environment then one tends to learn and grasp things around with more ease. Also the devotion of the teachers of our department inspires us every time to do better than the last time. If I talk about myself then I would say that I have never witnessed such environment or relation between a faculty and a teacher before and even one day I also aspire to be a teacher, a teacher like today I have in my institute.
