About Jagannath Community College (JCC)
Jagannath Community College (JCC) is the first of its kind in the system of professional education in India to cater to employment oriented education to the Society. As the demand for skill education kept on increasing in India, JCC has been established to provide relevant training and skill courses and customized programmes for industry aiming to job creation. The programs are aligned with Industry 4.0 to cater to the market needs and to harness valuable human potential and talent of youth in India. The motto is “Education for Employment through Skill Development”.
JCC students will be job-ready with the requisite knowledge, skills, technical know- how, aptitude and soft skills. It subscribes to open access for education and training for the youth. Scholarships and stipends are available for deserving learners. Support services for learners include industry mentoring, entrepreneurial skill enhancement, and industry intensive curriculum. JCC is building India of our dreams by empowering and nurturing talent towards excellence.
JCC is an approved Skill Knowledge Provider (SKP) by AICTE to facilitate employment and entrepreneurship. There will be full time credit based modular programs leading to the award of Certificate, Diploma, Advance Diploma and Degree by UGC recognized university. We have also a Study Centre of IGNOU to run MBA, BBA, MCA, BCA, M.A. (Eng), Bachelor in Tourism Studies (BTS), Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism & Mass Communication (PGDJMC) and Certificate in Information Technology.
The institute has been instrumental in providing a level knowledge and skill based platform to its students resulting in enhancement of their employment prospects in the industry. The curriculum is a fine blend of theoretical inputs along with practical exposure and is under constant review to incorporate the latest trends in Industry and skill sectors. We have well qualified and experienced faculty with specialization in diverse areas.
