Orientation Programmes are organized for final year students with a view of keeping them updated of the latest industrial practices and providing them with tips for appearing before interview board.

Mock Interview

With an overall emphasis on final placements, the students are provided with ample opportunities to participate Mock Interviews and Group Discussions. Feedback on important traits is delivered through supportive counselling sessions by experts.

Industrial Visits

Industrial visit is a major part of the course curriculum offered at JIMS. Visits to industries expose students to the real-life manufacturing traits, import / export, financial management, etc. of organizations. This also provides them opportunities to interact with corporate heads and share their experience. This helps them to enhance case studies and projects.

Summer Training

Summer training is an important part of course curriculum. The students at the end of Semester IV are assigned to undergo Summer Training for a period of 6 - 8 weeks with reputed organizations in a wide spectrum of area. They submit the project report at the end of the training.
