The classrooms provide the most conducive atmosphere for dynamic and focused discussions. They have been designed to bring together analysis with action and are augmented by well equipped facilities.
To make learning interesting, use of different aids like LCDs, Overhead Projectors, Slide Projectors, Televisions, Still Digital a+nd Video Cameras, etc., is made. These help the students in understanding real world corporate situations and prepare them for the competitive challenges that lie ahead. |

With this emphasis, all the computer centres at JIMS are equipped with Pentium based Networking System running on Windows platform. To facilitate research and development work, computer labs with TFT’s monitor and dual core processor have been installed with latest software and are linked to High-Speed Internet Connectivity round-the-clock.

A rich well stocked library with books covering all management subjects provides the right ambience for students to study and to improve their knowledge base power. The library provides the latest edition of books of different authors and journals/magazines for all management subjects. It is having computerized issue and receipt facility and internet link to other prominent library systems.
In addition, reference books and newspapers are also available for students to scan the environment and to improve their general awareness.

Mass Comm Studio |

JIMS has two fully equipped studios : one for Radio and other for Audio-visuals – Television and Cinema. The studios has modern facilities like an Audio Lab with latest hi-tech equipment and a Video Lab with high precision cameras for indoor and outdoor shooting and dark room for development of photographs. Editing machines using latest digital technology are installed to provide practical training to the students in the field of Television and Cinema. The radio studio and recording equipments with music mixing facility provides full concept of programme visualization to broadcast. |

Training Restaurant |

In the training restaurant the students are taught different types of Food & Beverages Services along with Bar Tending activities like serving Drinks, creating Mocktails atc. The students organize various theme parties in a restaurant like environment, giving them a close feel of the actual work that they do in the industry. |

Training Kitchen/Production Lab |

| The students are made to learn basics of cooking as they start their course which goes up to preparing multi cuisine menus; the kitchen is equipped with all modern equipments and facilities. The practical curriculum includes basic training, bulk cooking and advance cooking. |

Well equipped interior design studio is there for students to get the exposure of technical drawing also known as drafting along with the standards and conventions for layout plans. Working on these drafting tables helps the student to get accurate line thickness, text size, symbols, view projections, descriptive geometry, dimensioning and notation |
